What should I avoid before my appointment?

For best results, please avoid these things in the weeks prior to your appointment: prolonged direct sun exposure like a beach/lake/pool day, Botox and filler, other facial corrective treatments, facial waxing, tanning bed, and please discontinue retinoid use 2-3 days before facial treatment. If you are unsure about any of these or need more detail, please reach out to Sarah for more information.

What is your Cancellation and No-Show Policy?

Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: To avoid any charges, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

No-Show Policy

  • No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the service booked. This fee helps compensate for the time reserved for your appointment.
  • Repeated No-Shows: Clients who repeatedly fail to show up for appointments may be asked to prepay or deposit for future appointments, or may be subject to further restrictions on scheduling.

Late Arrivals

  • Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late for your appointment, the time will be deducted from your service, and the full service fee will still apply. In some cases, we may need to reschedule the appointment to ensure that we can provide quality service to all of our clients.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Discretion may be applied on a case-by-case basis.

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

Children are not allowed in the treatment room. As a parent, I know how difficult it can be to fully relax when there are curious little hands and voices are  in the room! Exceptions can apply to itty bitty sleeping/nursing babies!

Sarah’s “New Client Appointment” is the service to book if you have never visited Sarah Pierce Aesthetics and you are seeking out direction and wanting to establish a plan for your skin. This service includes a in-depth consultation + custom facial treatment. We will come up with a treatment plan and home care routine that is tailored to you and your skin.

What is the password for your client only products?
